I managed Uber Eat's sales-facing Knowledge Base -- #Eatspedia -- for over a year. I created the content for the majority of pages and redesigned the pages via CSS to make them more visually appealing. My goal was to ensure that foundational content and new initiatives were well-publicized and easily digestible for all internal employees.

I adapted and managed newsletter templates for Uber Eat's Sales Ops. In addition to providing unique templates, I helped project & product managers with grammar, content editing, and design as needed.
